The relief of finally being understood is just one click away.
I know firsthand the mixture of relief, grief, and "NOW WHAT" confusion that can accompany an ADHD diagnosis.
Since 2017, I have been dedicated to helping people embrace their ADHD without shame or apology. I offer coaching, courses, and a free adult peer support community.

"This community saved my sanity during those first overwhelming months after diagnosis. Having people who just "get it" made all the difference."
— Stephan H.
Making sense of ADHD doesn't mean changing who you are.
It means understanding the dual nature of ADHD traits and identifying which ones comprise your unique brain chemistry.
No matter where you are in your journey, you can 'get it together.'
You can begin to maximize your strengths and minimize the impact of ADHD.

Who I Am To Help You
I spent most of my life secretly ashamed of my inability to complete anything or achieve what I set out to do, no matter how much I wanted to or how hard I tried. It seemed everyone else could “catch on” and get things done, while I struggled daily. I went to great lengths to hide my mistakes or pretend I was fine, because I had no idea why even simple things were SO HARD for me and so easy for everyone else.
When I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 50s, it sent me reeling with conflicting emotions. Relief mixed with shock, mixed with sadness, mixed with anger about how life would have been so different for me if I had known and gotten the kind of support I needed.
I firmly believe we are DIFFERENT, NOT DEFECTIVE. I am passionate about reducing the stigma, shame and frustration of living with ADHD for adults of all ages and stages of life. It's never too late to change your life for the better and make a dream or two come true.
My Approach
What I bring is real-world experience, world-class training, deep empathy and a belief in your ability to create meaningful change – with support, structure, and self-compassion – at your own pace. We take things one step at a time, allowing you to gain confidence and momentum.
Whether you are interested in the free, peer group, ADHD coaching or just browsing – you are so welcome here. Thank you for stopping by.

"I’ve really enjoyed working with Lori!
She has been nothing but kind and supportive in all the time I have known her. She surely knows her ADHD stuff and generously shares her knowledge in a direct and kind manner. She is quite self aware and catches herself when she herself is having an ADHD moment. It creates an opportunity for both of us to learn and grow with each other. I find it quite valuable when a mentor/coach is that humble and walks the walk with me!"
